Melinda was very professional, thorough, pleasant, articulate and clear in all her communication. The telemedicine appt was very helpful...she explained and described things so well. Thankful, satisfied and impressed, having the VA align me with Dr. Rawad Mounzer to correct a large zenker-diverticulum. I've been most impressed with the attention Dr. Mounzer paid to any questions I had regarding the procedure, recovery and followup appointments, etc.

Melinda was extremely patient while discussing my history. She was genuinely interested in the treatments I experienced over the years.
When she explained the procedure she wanted me to consider, her explanation was thorough. I left the office with full knowledge of the purpose of the test and courses of action the test would provide.
