My first virtual appointment with Dr. MOUNZER and it was very pleasant ad professional experience. The doctor asked numerous questions about my condition and what kind of discomfort I was having. He explained everything in terms that I understood and ordered tests he felt was necessary and told me I needed a follow-up after all results were sent too hhim.. The visit was easier for me at that time. He also asked if I preferred an office visit or a virtuall

Dr. Pitea is highly knowledgeable, caring, and a highly skilled gastroenterologist with excellent communication skills. He treated me like family and generated high confidence in his expertise particularly for complex endoscopic procedures.
1) Bedside Manner- He is compassionate, kind, and a consummate professional
2) Communication- He explains your medical condition clearly and takes the time to answer my questions
3) Effectiveness- I have had a successful outcome and an improved quality of life. I call him a genius and one of my better choices made in choosing a top notch gastroenterologist. I give him my highest rating.
