WAS EXTREMELY COLD, REQUESTED ANOTHER BLANKET, ATTENDANT SAID WOULD BE RIGHT BACK WITH BLANKET, AM STILL WAITING FOR IT ! THEN LADY IDENTIFIED HERSELF AS SURGERY NURCE APPEARED SO I ASK HER FOR A BLANKET, SHE SAID YES, I'LL GET YOU ONE. IN LESS THAN 60 SECONDS SHE RETURNED, WITH A BLANKET. GOD BLESS HER. THEN SAID SHE WAS GOING TO MOVE ME TO THE OPERATING ROOM, AND ON THE WAY SHE STOPPED AND ADDED YET ANOTHER BLANKET. SHE WAS AN ANGLE. AFTER SURGERY WAS TAKEN HOME AND SLEPT MOST OF THE DAY AND NIGHT. NEXT MORNING WENT TO TAKE A SHOWER AND FOUND THREE "MEDI-TRACE" STICKERS HAD BEEN LEFT ON MY BACK. HOPE I NEVER NEED TO ATTEND THIS HOSPITAL AGAIN.

He made sure that I didnt need to have stint removed. Saving me from unneeded anasthesia by getting cat scan to see if stint was still there or not. It was not. Thank you S.Guest

Once we were arrived all went very well, thanks to everyone involved, look forward to follow up procedures in our area, 75 miles round trip on my wife,,all the way back to Surprise on Bell Road,,bugt she did great..
